Terms

The terms for using Vibresia.

Short version: it is free, you can do what you like with it, and nothing here is locked.

It is free

Vibresia is free to use, and yours to pass on. No ads, no account. There is no trial, no expiry, and no feature behind a payment. If you want to say thanks, there is a coffee, and it changes nothing: every feature is there either way, and the app never asks you to pay for anything.

What you can do with it

Everything. The source is MIT licensed, so you can read it, change it, give it to someone, sell it, or use it to make something else. The vibescapes you write are yours, and so are the ones you are sent.

You can share a vibescape with a link, put one in the public gallery, and take it down again whenever you want — the terms for those are in the privacy page, because they are mostly about what happens to your data.

What we ask

No promises

Vibresia is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It is a visualiser: it draws with your music, it does not edit it, and it does not touch your files. If it does not do what you expected, we are sorry, and we would like to hear about it — but we cannot promise it will work for every Mac, every setup, every song, forever.

To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for anything that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be taken away.

Our side

The app is published by Minith Labs. The source is on GitHub, and the MIT licence covers the code. The name and the logo are ours, and are not part of the MIT licence: use them to say the app is Vibresia, not to pass your own app off as ours.

Changes

These terms can change, and if they do, this page changes with them. If a change matters, the app or the changelog on the homepage will say so.
